Parking at the Terminal

Free parking is available at our terminal for your convenience.

Check-in

Our private terminal check-in times will be arranged as part of your charter request. Check-in closes 15 minutes prior to departure to ensure an on-time departure.

Baggage

All passenger baggage must be packed in “soft covered bags”.  Please contact us if you are unable to meet this requirement.

Dangerous Goods

Any rechargeable spare batteries must not be included in your checked-in baggage and must be on person at all times.  Any lithium batteries more than 160 watt-hours are forbidden.  If your spare rechargeable batteries above 100-watt hours please contact Aerohire prior to your flight for approval.

Passenger Weight

It is imperative that we have correct passenger weights prior to boarding our Charter Flights.  Each passenger will be required to weigh themselves at check-in for safety reasons and details are recorded on our passenger manifest by the pilot.

Attire for Travel

Enclosed footwear is required for travel.

Smoking & Alcohol

Australian Law prohibits smoking on or near any aircraft.  Electronic Cigarettes or eCigarettes are regarded as a personal electronic device and must only be carried on you or in your carry-on baggage.  They are not permitted to be used during flight.

Cigarette lighters are only to be carried on person at all times.

Travelling on an aircraft intoxicated or becoming intoxicated on board a flight is against Australian Law.  Any passenger that appears to be intoxicated prior to boarding will be refused to travel.
